EVENT DATES AND LOCATION
The 11th annual Emerald Coast Inline Challenge will be taking place January 15-20, 2025 at Weber’s Skateworld and Weber’s Skateway in Milton, FL.

EVENT REGISTRATION
Early Bird Registration - November 4, 2024 - December 15, 2024 - No extra charge
Second Deadline - December 16, 2024 - December 31, 2024 - Additional $25 per skater entry
Final Deadline - January 1, 2025 - January 7, 2025 - Additional $50 per skater entry
Skaters/Teams registered in the United States must have an active 2024/25 USARS amateur card and, anyone over 18 must be current with Safe Sport and pass the background check.
International skaters not registered with their country’s federation MUST purchase a USARS single-event card for this event.

SCHEDULE:
This is the planned tentative schedule; however, please plan to stay the entire time. If it is going to rain on outdoor days, we will move the schedule around to ensure we can complete the outdoor racing.
PACKET PICKUP:
Coaches can pick up their team's Indoor packet/paper numbers on Tuesday, January, 14th 5 pm-7 pm or Wednesday, January 15th, 10 am-12 pm at Weber’s Skate World.
Coaches can pick up their team's Outdoor packet/chips/helmet covers on Friday, January 17th, time TBD at Weber’s Skateway.
PRACTICE:
Indoor Practice: Wednesday, January 15th, 10-12 pm
Outdoor Practice: Wednesday, January 15th, 1-3 pm
Practice Fees: $5 each
RACING:
The tentative schedule for racing will be as follows:
INDOORS: Wednesday, January 15th-Friday, January 17th
Wednesday, January 15th doors open at 4:30 pm, Racing starts at 5 pm, and Opens Only
OUTDOORS: Saturday, January 18th-Monday, January 20th

MEET FEES:
INDOOR RACING
Novice/Elite: 1st Event $95, Each Additional Event $15.00, Max Entry $125
World Class: 1st Event $125, Each Additional Event $15.00, Max Entry $145
Open: $5
OUTDOOR RACING – THERE WILL BE NO CHALLENGE-UPS OUTSIDE
Novice: Division: $75 - 2 distances
Elite: Division: $85 - 3 distances
World Class: Division - $125 - 4 distances
3 Person Relay: $20.00 (3 person, no mixed)
A deposit will be required for the chips and helmet covers used during the outdoor portion of the meet. The deposit will be returned to the Coach when all items are returned to the timing Official. If a chip or cover is not returned, fees will be assessed.
DEPOSIT FOR CHIPS AND HELMET COVERS FOR OUTDOORS:
1-10 skaters = $100 deposit
11-20 skaters = $200 deposit
21+ skaters = $250 deposit
LOST CHIP AND HELMET COVER REPLACEMENT FEE:

Novice and Elite Awards will be given to the top 3 placements for Overall Indoor and Overall Outdoor.
Elite Indoor Division First-place winners will receive the Emerald Coast Inline Challenge Race Jersey.
Jr. and Sr. World Class Divisions will be awarded cash prizes for the top 5 placements in Overall Indoor and Overall Outdoor. They are not combined placements for indoor and outdoor.
There will be two Challenge Champion Races this year, one for indoor and one for outdoor. The WINNER of each Challenge Champion Race (Money Race) Indoor and Outdoor will be awarded a cash prize and a Champion Race Jersey.

This will be the 3rd league meet of the season and it is a points meet that will apply to the season points.
